Working with Martine is a real treat. So kind, patient, and a huge amount of knowledge on the business side. She figured everything out down to the last detail and thinks along with you. I can highly recommend her for starting out worry-free as an entrepreneur.
From the very first session with Martine, things really got moving. In less than two months I had set up the full foundation of my business.
I know Martine as an organised and ambitious person who is always one step ahead. Her ability to analyse and translate data has given businesses real insight. A great asset to any business.

The doubts that come up most, answered briefly.

  • 01What is AI web design?

AI web design means building websites with AI as a tool, not as a replacement for the builder. I work with Cursor and Claude Code, two AI tools that let me build faster and more precisely than I could without them.

That gives you three concrete benefits:

    • Lower price. A custom website takes 6 to 12 weeks on average. With me, a one-pager is live in 2 weeks. You see that difference back on your invoice.
    • Sharper copy. AI helps with the wording, I guard the tone. The result: text that fits you, not a template.
    • Better findability. Not only in Google, but also in AI tools like ChatGPT. I build findability in from the start, not afterwards.

No 'template' website, but custom work that fits your business.

  • 02Who is this for?

For entrepreneurs whose business is running, but who notice that the digital and administrative side is holding them back from growing. Solo or a small team, no specific industry.

What you recognise: you know there are handier systems, smarter automations or a better website within reach, but you never get around to them. Or you don't know where to start with all the AI tools out there.

What I ask: that you take your business seriously and want to think along. I'm not an executor who works through a checklist, I do my best work with entrepreneurs who involve me.

  • 03What does working together look like?

In four steps: intro call, proposal, getting to work, and delivery.

    1. Intro call.A no-obligation conversation about your business and what you're running into. No sales pitch, just an honest sense of whether we match.

    2. Proposal and start. After the intro call I send a proposal with scope, price and timeline. Once you agree, we go deeper: what you need, what the site should do and where the priorities lie.

    3. Getting to work. We move from design to build to delivery, with feedback rounds along the way.

Contact runs through email. No separate Slack workspaces or WhatsApp groups. Calm, structured, and everything is there to read back.

    4. Delivery and aftercare.Your site goes live, with 1 month of aftercare (up to 3 hours) for small tweaks and to explain how to manage things yourself. After that, I'm happy to help you further with your digital side, on request.

  • 04What does working with you cost?

I work with a fixed price instead of an hourly rate, so you know where you stand up front.

    • AI Web Design: €1,500 for a one-pager as a base. More pages or custom extras on top.
    • Includes 1 month of aftercare (up to 3 hours): small tweaks and your questions after going live.
    • Thinking along further about your digital side, automations and integrations: on request.
  • 05How long does it take to build a website?

I build a one-pager in two weeks, provided the content and input arrive on time. For a more extensive site or webshop, count on 4 to 6 weeks. That's faster than the market standard of 6 to 12 weeks, because I work with AI tools.

For technical VA work I start within two weeks of the intro call. For urgent projects I'll see what's possible.

The timeline also depends on how quickly you give feedback and deliver content. The sharper your input up front, the faster the delivery.

  • 06What does a technical VA do?

A technical VA helps entrepreneurs with the digital and technical side of their business. Think setting up systems and tools, building a website, automating processes and supporting administration. The difference with a 'regular' VA is the technical depth in integrations, automations and website support.

I combine that with my experience in data and systems and a background in business administration, so I look beyond the technology alone. I think along about what fits your business and make sure the technical side is clear to you and works for you.

  • 07Do you only work with entrepreneurs in Amsterdam?

No. I live in Amsterdam, but I work with entrepreneurs across the Netherlands and beyond. Most of the work is remote: a weekly or biweekly online session, plus asynchronous contact by email or Slack.

For clients in and around Amsterdam I'm available for an intro meeting in person. For the rest of the Netherlands, a video call works just as well.
